Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure safe and transparent order processing, please read the rules for checking and returning goods carefully.

1. Inspecting the Parcel at the Post Office

When receiving a parcel at the postal office, the customer has the right to:

  • inspect the packaging;

  • check the condition of the goods;

  • verify the full completeness of the order.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or other discrepancies during inspection, you must inform us immediately and request that an official report (act) be completed with the postal employee.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible only if an issue is found at the post office and an official report (act) is completed.

⚠️ Important: If you choose delivery to a parcel locker or by courier, returns and exchanges are not possible, as there is no opportunity to inspect the item upon receipt.

3. After Receiving the Parcel

Once you have collected the parcel and confirmed its receipt, you acknowledge and agree with the condition and contents of the goods.
In this case, returns or exchanges are not provided.
